Frank Kacer
Frank
Kacer is the founder and executive director of the
Christian Citizenship Council of San Diego, a ministry
specifically designed to equip churches to establish citizenship
ministries with a Biblical worldview. Frank is also an Elder
at Grace Bible Church and a co-Director for the Western Center
for Law and Policy. After completing a 33 year career as a
physicist in command, control and intelligence systems for the
Department of Defense, Frank is now employed by Science
Applications International Corporation (SAIC) as a senior systems
engineer. Frank and his wife, Lynn, are the parents of sons
Shawn (married) and Brion, and daughter, Melissa (married).
