| MORE GREAT PROGRAMS! Next month’s meeting will be held on Monday, March 17. What is TERC? TERC, formerly the Hidden Valley Republican Club, was founded in 1984 by Escondido men and women interested in political matters viewed from a conservative perspective. Our Mission TERC is a political organization dedicated to voter education relating to candidates for elected office and issues affecting residents of Escondido and surrounding communities. Program Time: Doors open at 11:30 a.m. so come early to meet the new members. Lunch begins at 12:00 p.m.

February 18 Program Brian Bilbray, U.S. House of Representatives
Congressman Bilbray is a native San Diegan and was born at Coronado Naval Air Station where his father served in the Navy. Congressman Bilbray brings to his constituency a unique level of experience having served the people of San Diego County as a Mayor, County Supervisor and as a member of Congress. As Chairman of the Immigration Reform Caucus, Congressman Bilbray will continue to be a leading voice for the call of illegal immigration reform. His other key priorities in the 110th Congress include the continuation of his past work on clean air and clean water and efforts to bring accountability and transparency to the federal budget process. He and his wife Karen are proud parents of five children and six grandchildren.
