What is TERC?

TERC, formerly the Hidden Valley Republican Club, was founded in 1984 by Escondido men and women interested in political matters viewed from a conservative perspective.

Our Mission

TERC is a political organization dedicated to voter education relating to candidates for elected office and issues affecting residents of Escondido and surrounding communities.

Program Time:

Doors open at 11:30 a.m. so come early to meet the new members.

Lunch begins at 12:00 p.m.

Menu Choices

Buffet lunch includes tostada bar, enchiladas, beans, rice and salad.

Cost: $10.00 – chips, salsa and beverages included.

September Program – Gary Kreep, Executive Director for the US Justice Foundation (USJF) - Please join us in welcoming Gary Kreep, a successful private practice attorney and co-founder of USJF, a nationwide, nonprofit, conservative legal action foundation, co-founder of the Justice Political Action Committee, a federal political action committee, co-founder of the CA Justice Political Action Committee, co-founder of the Family Values Coalition, and General Counsel to the Minutemen Civil Defense Corps, a volunteer position.  Mr. Kreep spends countless hours furthering the conservative movement.  More of his accomplished background can be found at TERC’s website at www.escondidorepublicanclub.org.

New Members…TERC would like to welcome our newest members to the club.  New members include Susan Baker, Mindy and Nathan Fletcher, Bill and Margot Wolfe, Alison Wolfsheimer and Peggy Wood.

CondolencesOn a sad note, we recently lost longtime TERC members Jacque Robinson, who passed away on April 29th, and Mary Frances Tucker, who passed away on May 23rdOur hearts go out to Jacque’s husband, Bill Robinson, and to Mary’s husband, Tom, both longtime members of the club.
